The consent audit scans your lead-capture assets for compliant opt-in language, surfaces issues in one place, and lets you bulk-apply standardized consent text. This keeps capture points consistent so downstream calls and messages respect contact preferences.

What the audit does

Audit and Fix centralizes consent maintenance. It scans supported assets for compliant opt-in language and helps you correct issues in bulk, reducing risk and keeping every capture point on the same script.

Key benefits

  • Complete visibility. See consent status across forms, surveys, calendars, Facebook lead forms, and chat widgets in one place.
  • Bulk corrections. Apply compliant consent text with one click.
  • Outbound recognition. Contacts who opted in via surveys, bookings, FB forms, or chat widgets are recognized for outbound calling and messaging.
  • Time savings. Replace asset-by-asset checks with a single audit run.
  • Risk reduction. Fewer missed or inconsistent consent strings that could hurt deliverability or compliance.

Supported assets

  • Forms
  • Surveys
  • Appointment forms and calendars
  • Facebook lead forms
  • Chat widgets

How to run the audit

  1. Open Voice AI. In your sub-account left pane, choose the Voice AI page. The same tooltip appears if Outbound is enabled.
  2. Complete verification. If you haven't completed disclosure verification yet, click Update Disclosure and finish the verification flow.
  3. Run the audit. Select the locations and asset types to include, then start the scan and wait for results to populate.
  4. Review results. Filter by asset type or compliance status to focus on the riskiest items first.
  5. Apply fixes. Select assets and click the bulk-fix action to apply the standardized consent text.
  6. Re-run. Run the audit again after fixes to confirm a clean state.

What to check after a fix

  • Open a couple of corrected assets and confirm the consent text reads naturally inside the form layout.
  • Submit a test entry and verify the contact record shows the expected opt-in status.
  • Check that outbound calling and messaging treat the test contact as opted in.
