This article walks through adding and configuring a One-Step Order Form in a Sparkforge funnel. You will attach products and prices, configure contact, shipping, and payment fields, and turn on options like Cart Mode, Order Bump, and Coupon Codes.

What a One-Step Order Form is

A One-Step Order Form puts every checkout field — contact, optional shipping, product selection, payment — on a single screen. It works well for low-friction offers, returning customers, and mobile-first flows where fewer taps matter. Compared with a two-step layout, it removes navigation but increases on-page density, so keep only essential fields and use clear labels. One-step forms support both one-time and subscription prices.

Why use it

  • Speed to purchase: consolidates checkout into one page.
  • Visible details: buyers see products, totals, and payment at a glance.
  • Flexible fields: show, hide, require, or make optional any field you need.
  • Cart mode: shopping cart and quantity limits keep totals clear when customers buy multiple items.
  • Revenue boosters: order bumps make complementary upsells easy.

Prerequisite — attach products to the funnel step

Products must be attached to the funnel step before the One-Step Order Form can display and charge for them. Create your products first.

  1. Open Sites in the left navigation, open your funnel, and select the step you want to use.
  2. Open the Products tab on the right. Click + Add Product.
  3. Use the Product dropdown to pick the item (or use the inline link to create a new one).
  4. Under Price, choose an existing price (or create a new one inline).
  5. Optionally use Product Name Override or Price Display Override to control how the product and price appear in the form.
  6. Click Additional options to allow multiple quantity, set max per order, and mark the item as a Main product or Bump product.
  7. Repeat for every product you want to sell on the step.

Add the One-Step Order Form

Step 1 — Open the funnel step

Go to Sites > Funnels, open the funnel, and select the step where checkout lives.

Step 2 — Add the element

Click Add Elements (+) in the top-left. Under Order elements, select One Step Order and drag it into your design.

Step 3 — Configure fields

In the element settings, open Form options. Configure each field — Company Name, Shipping, Price — and decide which are shown, hidden, required, or optional.

Step 4 — Optional settings

  • Toggle Enable cart mode (where supported by your funnel version).
  • Choose whether to show product description and price.
  • Enable and configure an Order Bump.
  • Enable Coupon Codes.

Step 5 — Style the form

In the element settings, adjust button, text, and background colors to match the brand.

Step 6 — Preview and publish

Click Preview in the upper-right to test the order form, then click the blue Publish button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't my products appear in the One-Step Order Form?
Confirm products and at least one price are added to the Products tab on the same funnel step where the order form lives. Products attached to a different step won't show.
How do I let customers buy multiple quantities?
In the Products tab, open Additional options for the product, enable Allow multiple quantity, and set Max per order.
Does the order form support subscriptions and one-time products?
Yes. The form respects whatever price you attach to the product, including recurring prices for subscriptions.
Can I use a One-Step Order Form in V1 funnels?
One-step order forms can be added in V1 funnels. Migrate the step to V2 to access the latest settings, including cart mode.
Can I add a platform or processing fee?
Yes. Configure processing or platform fees under your payments settings — they apply to orders submitted through the form.
