The Agent Studio Template Library in Sparkforge stores reusable AI agent templates. Install one with a click, customize it for the client, and deploy without rebuilding from scratch.
The Template Library is a workspace inside Agent Studio that stores reusable agent templates. Each template is a snapshot of an agent's prompts, tools, variables, and settings. Install one in a click, personalize it, and deploy.
Why Use Templates
- Speed: remove hours of initial build time per agent.
- Best-practice design: start from proven patterns and guardrails.
- Consistency: enforce naming conventions and prompt hygiene across sub-accounts.
- Scalable delivery: update a template once, roll improvements out broadly.
- Onboarding: new teammates learn by working from production-ready agents.
Prerequisites
- Agency Admin role.
- Agency Pro plan ($497/mo) is required to upload and publish templates. Admins on $97/$297 plans can typically browse and install shared templates but cannot publish.

- Open Settings.
- Click the Company tab.
- Scroll down and turn Template Library for Clients ON.
Find Templates
- Go to AI Agents → Agent Studio.
- Click Create Agent → Browse Templates.
Browsing Tools
- Filters: All Templates, My Templates, Shared with Me, Favorites.
- Categories: Learning, Test, Industry, plus Hidden categories managed by Agency Admins.
- Tags: surface niche use cases.
- Search: by name or keyword.
- Sort: Most Recent and similar; toggle grid or list view.
Preview vs Choose Template
Preview opens template details, description, images, and notes before installing. Choose Template installs a copy as a draft agent in your Agent Studio.
Edit Your Installed Agent
Once installed, you are working on your own copy. Edits do not change the original template.
- Open the agent canvas to adjust nodes, prompts, tools, variables, and connections.
- Save frequently.
- Promote to Production when testing is complete.
Find Your New Agent
Go to AI Agents → Agent Studio. The agent appears in the list with Status, Last Updated, and Created On columns.
Upload a Template (Agency Pro)
- In Agent Studio, find the source agent row.
- Click the three dots menu and choose Upload to Template Library.
- Complete template details: Name, Categories, Cover/Preview images, Prerequisites, Tags, About, Description.
- Publish so other users can install it.
