Snapshots New Design System (UI) in Sparkforge
The Snapshots New Design System rebuilds every Snapshots screen in Sparkforge with a unified action bar (Create, Refresh, Push, History, Settings), instant search, column sort, and calendar filters so agencies can audit and manage snapshots faster.
The Snapshots area in Sparkforge now runs on the New Design System (UI). Navigation is faster, styling is unified across every tab, and the filtering tools make it easier to create, refresh, push, and audit snapshots at scale.
What the New Design System changes
The interface framework is consistent across every Snapshots screen. You get the same icons, spacing, and navigation as the rest of the revamped Sparkforge UI (Invoices, Activity Section), so training time drops and muscle memory carries between modules.
Core snapshot actions
The primary workflow buttons sit in a single fixed-position action bar at the top:
- Create Snapshot — generate a new template from any sub-account.
- Refresh — update an existing snapshot with the latest assets and settings from its source.
- Push — deploy a snapshot, or only selected assets, to one or many sub-accounts.
- History — open the audit trail showing who created, refreshed, or pushed each snapshot.
- Settings — rename snapshots, edit included assets, or change push destinations.
Filtering, sorting, and search
Above every snapshot list:
- Search bar — type any part of a snapshot name or ID for instant narrowing.
- Column sort — click a header (Name, Size, Last Updated) to reorder ascending or descending.
- Calendar picker — select absolute or relative date ranges (Today, Last 30 Days, Custom) to find imports, shares, or pushes.
You can combine these controls. Sparkforge remembers your last filter set when you return.
What stays the same
Asset coverage inside a snapshot is unchanged. Granular permissions set under Settings > Team still govern Create, Push, Refresh, and the rest. Date filters respect the timezone in your user profile.
