Share Agency Prospecting Premium with One Sub-Account

Agencies on Premium Prospecting can link the subscription to one sub-account, sharing full Premium access without paying twice. The link is one-time and irreversible per subscription.

If you already pay for Premium Prospecting at the agency level, you can extend that subscription to one sub-account at no extra cost. Both the agency and the linked sub-account get full Premium access under a single bill.

Important: linking is one-time

Linking a sub-account to an agency Prospecting subscription is irreversible. Choose carefully — to switch sub-accounts later, you have to cancel the existing subscription and start a new one.

How to link a sub-account

From the agency account, click Prospecting.
Open the Settings tab.
Click Manage Subscription, then Link your Sub-Account.
Pick the sub-account from the list.
Click Link Now to confirm.

Remove or replace the linked sub-account

Remove without replacing

Open Settings and unsubscribe at either the agency or the linked sub-account. Both lose Premium access. Start a new subscription without selecting a sub-account if you want to keep going solo.

Replace with a different sub-account

Option 1: Unsubscribe at the agency or the currently linked sub-account, then start a new subscription and pick the new sub-account.
Option 2: Cancel the existing subscription and start fresh from the desired sub-account directly — through Reselling or Direct Company Purchase.

First-time Premium upgrade

Agency-level Prospecting

Includes Premium reporting, website widgets, leads enrichment, and report builder. It does not include CRM features (Add to Contacts, Send SMS, Add to Opportunities, Workflow Triggers). To get CRM, you have to move into a sub-account.

Sub-account Prospecting

Includes Premium reporting plus full CRM: add prospects to Contacts, send SMS, add to Opportunities, and trigger workflows. This is the recommended starting point if you want both Prospecting and CRM out of the gate.

Three ways to enable Prospecting in a sub-account

Reselling tab — Agency View > Reselling, save and enable the Re-sell Prospecting toggle.
Direct Company Purchase — buy Premium directly inside the sub-account.
Upgrade from agency Prospecting — open Prospecting in the agency, click Upgrade Now under the Premium plan, and either select a sub-account to link or continue without linking.

Where do I link a sub-account to a Premium subscription?

Can I link more than one sub-account?

No. Each agency Premium subscription links to exactly one sub-account.
