The Sparkforge Marketplace hosts prebuilt Conversation AI and Voice AI agent templates. Each template can ship with the assets the agent needs to run — workflows, calendars, custom fields, custom values, and an optional knowledge base — so sub-accounts get a working agent without rebuilding from scratch.

What ships in a template package

  • The agent itself (Conversation AI or Voice AI)
  • Required workflows and calendars
  • Custom fields and custom values referenced by the agent
  • Knowledge base (if the builder selected Include during publishing)

Use conflict-free names and document any do-not-rename items in your listing description — renaming key identifiers after install can break references.

Try Conversation AI before installing

Conversation AI listings include an embedded chat widget on the Marketplace card. Buyers chat with the agent to validate tone, coverage, and routing before clicking Install. Voice AI doesn't have pre-install test calls yet — that's planned.

List a template (creators)

  1. In Conversation AI or Voice AI, open the agent and click Sell Template on Marketplace. (Available to Agency Owners and Admins.)
  2. Follow the deep-link to the Developer Portal and sign in or sign up.
  3. Listing details may prefill — complete the rest and submit for review.
  4. Once approved, the template is discoverable per your visibility settings.

Install a template (buyers)

  1. In your sub-account, go to AI agents > Conversation AI or Voice AI and click Create Bot/Agent.
  2. Choose Prompt Based Bot > Marketplace Templates and browse the catalog.
  3. Open a card to see avatar, use case, description, install count, and ratings.
  4. For Conversation AI, test in the embedded chat preview.
  5. Click Install, confirm packaged assets, and complete installation.

After install

For Conversation AI:

  • Update Training with your specifics
  • Define Goals and Actions
  • Run Test & Train before going live

For Voice AI:

  • Set Language and Voice
  • Connect a phone number to activate (or remove it to keep the agent dormant)
  • Set a safe-hours schedule before routing live calls

Manage installed agents

The Installed Agents tab (agency or sub-account context) lists previously installed or packaged agents. From there you can deploy to another sub-account, duplicate, update, or uninstall.
