Use Content AI to Edit Blog Posts in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Content AI inside Sparkforge Blogs runs five quick actions on selected text: Improve Writing, Make Longer, Make Shorter, Fix Grammar and Spelling, and Simplify Writing. All edits stay in the editor.

Content AI sits directly in the blog editor. Highlight any passage and run one of five quick actions — no copy-paste, no separate tab, no pricey writing tool subscription on top of your CRM.

The five quick actions

Improve Writing

Tightens prose, fixes awkward phrasing, sharpens word choice. Use it when something reads off but you can't pinpoint why.

Make Longer

Expands a thin paragraph into something more substantive. Useful for outline-style drafts or sections that need depth without bloat.

Make Shorter

Strips out filler. Good for overlong intros, rambling mid-sections, or passages padded for SEO that aren't earning their length.

Fix Grammar and Spelling

Catches typos and grammar errors without touching tone or structure.

Simplify Writing

Rewrites jargon-heavy or technical text in plain language. Use it when you're writing for a broader audience than your usual readers.
