How to Connect Stripe to Your Sparkforge Sub-Account
Open the sub-account, go to Payments > Integrations, click Connect on the Stripe card, and authorize through Stripe. Once linked, every payment surface in Sparkforge can charge through that account.
Sparkforge collects payments through Stripe across funnels, invoices, products, order forms, and recurring subscriptions. Connecting Stripe to a sub-account takes one OAuth flow.
Connect Stripe
- Open the sub-account.
- Go to Payments > Integrations.
- Click Connect on the Stripe card.
- Sign in to Stripe (or create a Stripe account) and authorize the connection.
- You return to Sparkforge with the integration showing as Connected.
Where Stripe is used
- Funnel and website checkout pages
- Invoices sent from Conversations or Workflows
- Order forms inside Products
- Recurring subscriptions and one-time charges
- Calendar booking with paid appointments
Disconnect or switch Stripe accounts
From Payments > Integrations, click the existing Stripe row and choose Disconnect. Then click Connect again and authorize a different Stripe account. In-flight subscriptions tied to the old account remain in Stripe — they are not migrated.
Each sub-account is separate
Stripe is connected per sub-account. Connecting Stripe in one sub-account does not propagate to others. Repeat the connect flow for each sub-account that needs to take payments.
