How to Connect Jobber to Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Jobber integration syncs clients between Jobber and Sparkforge two ways and ships with a prebuilt snapshot. Agency Admins install at the agency level and deploy to sub-accounts, then each sub-account connects its Jobber account.

The Jobber integration links field-service operations in Jobber with sales and marketing in Sparkforge. Client and contact data stays aligned on both sides, so teams run jobs in Jobber and automate communications in Sparkforge without retyping anything.

What the integration does

  • Two-way client sync — names, emails, phones, addresses, and more stay consistent.
  • Reliable matching — linkage by Jobber client ID prevents duplicates when emails or phones change.
  • Historic plus live sync — import past clients from a chosen date, then keep new clients flowing automatically.
  • Snapshot included — prebuilt workflows and message templates speed launch.
  • Marketing and ops alignment — Jobber runs jobs, Sparkforge runs funnels, CRM, and automation.
