Video Testimonials in Sparkforge Reputation lets you collect customer video reviews via branded Video Collectors and showcase them on your site through the Review Widget. Customers record on desktop or mobile with no app required.

Video Testimonials sits inside Reputation. Customers click a link, record or upload a video from any modern device, and you publish the result to your site. No app install, no third-party tools.

Create a Video Collector

  1. Log into your sub-account and go to Reputation → Video Testimonials.
  2. Click + Create Collector.
  3. Welcome Page: add public title, optional spokesperson image and details, How It Works copy, and a welcome message.
  4. Questionnaire Page: add up to three questions in the order you want them asked.
  5. Attribution Page: add a headline and message asking respondents to identify themselves (or confirm preloaded info from a personalized link).
  6. Thank You Page: add a headline, message, and the spokesperson's email.
  7. Logo & Colors: upload a logo, choose whether to show a white background behind it, and set background, text, secondary text, accent, and button colors.
  8. Click Save, then Preview to see exactly what the customer will see.

Share a collector

Direct link

From Video Testimonials → Collectors, click Copy Link and share by email, chat, social, or QR code.

Send a request via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp

  1. Click Send Review Request (or the share icon on the collector).
  2. Select a contact.
  3. Pick Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  4. Use Override Video Link to choose which collector to send.
  5. Pick a default or custom template.
  6. Click Send Review Request.

Manage and download responses

  1. Open Reputation → Video Testimonials → Responses.
  2. Click any submission to view the video.
  3. Click Download to save the original file locally.

Display videos in the Review Widget

  1. Go to Reputation → Widgets.
  2. Create or edit a Review Widget.
  3. Set Review Type to Video Testimonials.
  4. Choose the source collector under Video Testimonial Source.
  5. Set widget type, number of reviews, override video link, and the powered-by toggle.
  6. Click Save.
