Cancel an Ad Manager Subscription on a Sparkforge Sub-Account
Cancel a Sparkforge Ad Manager subscription from the gear icon on the Ad Manager home screen, then the Subscription tab. Active campaigns pause, lead syncing stops, and ad accounts disconnect until the subscription is renewed.
This guide covers how a Sparkforge sub-account cancels an Ad Manager subscription, what changes after cancellation, and how to handle a cancellation that fails to go through.
Find your Ad Manager subscription details
Open Ad Manager and click the gear icon in the top-right of the home screen. Inside Ad Manager settings, the Subscription tab shows monthly charges, the subscription ID, and the cancel option.
Cancel the subscription
- Go to Ad Manager settings › Subscription.
- Click the ellipsis (three dots) at the end of the subscription row.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Read the confirmation dialog and pick a reason from the list, or choose Other and enter your own.
- Click Cancel Subscription to confirm. A success dialog appears.
What happens after cancellation
- All active ad campaigns published through Ad Manager are paused.
- Lead syncing for lead-generation ad campaigns stops.
- Connected ad accounts are disconnected.
- Ad Manager access is removed until the subscription is renewed.
If cancellation fails
Cancellation rarely fails. If you see an error after confirming, open a support ticket and ask the rep to cancel the subscription on your behalf.
If you have a campaign that is currently in review with the publishing platform, Ad Manager blocks cancellation until the review finishes. The error dialog explains this when it happens.
