How to Add a Manual Call Action to a Sparkforge Workflow

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Manual Call adds outbound call tasks to a Sparkforge workflow. Triggered contacts land under Conversations → Manual Actions, where reps work the queue.

The Manual Call action queues outbound call tasks for a teammate based on a workflow trigger — tags, form submissions, pipeline stage changes, appointments, and more. It’s built for sales and support follow-ups that need a real person on the phone.

What Manual Call does

  • Assigns outbound calls automatically when a workflow fires.
  • Routes triggered contacts into the Manual Actions tab in Conversations.
  • Tracks status — Yet to Call, Completed, and so on.
  • Supports assignment to a specific user or round-robin across the team.
