Sparkforge exports email performance data from the Email Statistics dashboard as CSV. Pick a scope - all campaigns, marketing campaigns, workflow emails, or bulk actions - and the download link is emailed to you.

Sparkforge lets you download email performance data from the Email Statistics dashboard as a CSV. Use it for spreadsheet analysis, client reporting, or archive records outside the platform.

What gets exported

Exports cover email activity tracked in Email Statistics. You pick the scope, and the download link is emailed to the address you specify.

Export types

Export type	Includes
All Campaigns	All email activity in Email Statistics, including campaigns, workflows, and bulk sends.
Email Marketing Campaigns Only	Performance metrics for campaigns created in Marketing -> Emails -> Campaigns.
Workflows Only	Individual email action performance inside workflows.
Bulk Actions Only	Statistics for emails sent through Contacts -> Bulk Actions.

Run an export

Go to Marketing -> Emails -> Statistics.
Choose the campaign type and click Export.
Add the email address(es) where the file should be sent and proceed.
Check that inbox for the message containing the download link.
Open the CSV in Excel, Google Sheets, or your reporting tool.

Every export includes the core performance metrics: deliveries, opens, and clicks.

Recent Exports

The Recent Exports area at Campaigns -> Settings -> Recent Exports tracks export activity in the location. It shows file name or description, export type, the user who requested it, the timestamp, and status. Records persist for 30 days.

Download link expiration

Download links remain valid for 30 days from the time the export is generated. After that, run a new export.

What metrics are included in the email export?

Deliveries, opens, and clicks - the same metrics shown on the Email Statistics dashboard.

How do I receive the exported file?

Sparkforge emails the CSV download link to the address(es) you provide when requesting the export.

How long is the download link valid?

30 days from the time the export is generated. Run a fresh export after that.

Can I export workflow email performance?

Yes. The Workflows Only export gives you performance data at the individual email action level.

Where do I find past exports?

Go to Campaigns -> Settings -> Recent Exports. The last 30 days of export activity is listed there.

Does running an export affect campaigns or contact data?

No. Exports are a read-only reporting action. Nothing in your campaigns, workflows, contacts, or statistics changes.
