How to Build Forms and Surveys in Sparkforge Funnel and Website Builder
Sparkforge lets you build, reuse, and edit forms or surveys directly inside the Funnel and Website Builders. Use templates for fast structure, the Form Picker for reuse, and the Payment element to take orders or donations.
Sparkforge bundles form and survey building into the Funnel and Website Builders, so you stay in your design flow. You can spin up a new asset in a large in-context editor, drop in an existing one with the Form Picker, or start from a template and customize from there.
What you can do
- Build forms and surveys without leaving the page builder.
- Reuse any existing asset across funnels, websites, webinars, and stores.
- Start from prebuilt templates: Application, Contact, Donation, Order, Registration, Request, Subscribe.
- Add the Payment element to order-style forms to sell products or take donations.
- See every form and survey in a unified list at
Sites → FormsandSites → Surveys.
Templates vs. Themes
Templates set the structure of the form (which fields, which flow). Themes set the visual style. Switching Themes overwrites your current style changes, so pick the Theme first, then customize.
Form Picker
The Form Picker pulls from every form and survey already in your account. Search, preview, select, drag onto the canvas, and click Edit to refine fields, styles, or behavior in place.
How to add a form or survey to a page
- Open Funnel Builder or Website Builder and enter the page editor.
- From the left sidebar, open Forms & Surveys.
- Choose Create New, pick a prebuilt template, or click Add Existing to launch the Form Picker.
- Drag the form into the canvas.
- Click Edit to open the in-builder editor (Fields, Styles, Advanced).
- Save the page, then preview and submit a test entry. Confirm submissions land under
Sites → Forms → SubmissionsorSites → Surveys → Submissions.
Design controls
- Fields: add, remove, reorder, map to custom fields.
- Styles: fonts, spacing, borders, backgrounds, button styles.
- Advanced: confirmation behavior, redirects, survey logic, tracking.
Every new or added asset shows up in the central list automatically, so you can find, duplicate, and reuse it without rebuilding.
